People think I run a lot. They're right.

Let's see. Once upon a time I weighed 350 pounds. Then I lost practically half my body weight. Then I gained about half of that back. Then I woke up and decided that I was an idiot and got myself back in shape. Over the course of that journey I rediscovered and cultivated a love (some call obsession) with running.

I work as a software engineer for a small company outside Boston. I'm a proud father of two. When I'm not out running, I love: spending time with friends and family, drinking fine beers, playing chess and word games, hiking, playing guitar, reading.

I tend to joke around a lot. Don't take anything I say too seriously, because I know I don't.

Life is random. Adapt!
